Rajiv Kumar to be the new Head of Forest in Himachal

1988 batch IFS Rajiv Kumar was today as  Principal Chief Conservator of Forests or Head of Forest Force, Himachal Pradesh.

In a notification issued by the Chief Secretary Parbhodh Saxsena said that on the recommendations of the Special Selection Committee, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to appoint Shri Rajiv Kumar, IFS ( HP: 1988 ) as HOF in the apex Scale ( Level  17 in the Pay Matrix) i.e.  * 2,25,000 (fixed), with immediate effect.  

This post was laying vacant since last after the retirement of former HoF V K Tiwari.
