Himachal High Court ordered the transfer of 12 judicial officer
Himachal Pradesh High Court today ordered the transfer of 1w judicial officer in the state.
A spokesperson of Himachal Pradesh High Court said that the services of Rajesh Kumar Tomar, Presiding Officer, of Labour Court-cum-Industrial Tribunal, Shimla on being recalled, he is (transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Mandi.
Krishan Kumar, Registrar, Himachal Pradesh State Human Rights Commission, on being recalled, are placed at the disposal of the State Government for being posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court-cum-Industrial Tribunal, Shimla.
Hans Raj, Presiding Officer, Labour Court cum-Industrial Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamshala on being recalled, is transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Sirmaur at Nahan.
Naresh Kumar, Additional District and Sessions Judge-, Kangra at Dharamshala, on his placement as District and Sessions Judge, are placed at the disposal of State
Government for being posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court cum-Industrial Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamshala.
Ms Kanta Verma, Additional District and Sessions Judge-II. Kangra at Dharamshala is posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Kangra at Dharamshala.
