Himachal’s youth becoming victim of recruitment frauds

Young people of the state are becoming victims of online frauds as they are being allured to pay money be it questions paper leak scams or fake calls for duping them for providing jobs. State police spokesman said in a press release issued here today that a complaint was filed by 23 yrs old  Harkishan Lal S/o Shri Bhumi Lal Village Khalyan, Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi of Himachal Pradesh that in the month of December 2022 a girl identified her as Preeti  called him stating that she was talking to CP Telecommunication Sector Parwanoo . Post of  Data Operator and System Operator is vacant in her company. The complainant allured by the call sent his resume to the above company and after which a total of Rs 48,200 / – was dupped from his accounts.   On the complaint a case under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code was registered today at cyber crime Police Station Bharari Shimla. The fraudster have dupped 120 people in the name of getting jobs in the above mentioned company.
