Youth Congress protest wrong: Nanda

BJP co-media in-charge Karan Nanda said that Youth Congress has staged a sit-in demonstration in Shimla today, but we do not understand why they staged this sit-in demonstration. Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been disqualified from Lok Sabha membership because a court in Surat has sentenced him to 2 years in jail for defamation and clearly under section 8(4) of the Representation of the People Act 1950. It is written that if an MP or MLA is convicted of a crime and is sentenced for 2 years or more, then his membership of the Parliament or the Legislative Assembly ends.

Nanda said that somewhere it seems that the Congress party wanted the membership of Rahul Gandhi to be cancelled, so till now he has not appealed or argued in any court.

Everyone is aware that when their leader Pawan Kheda was convicted, the Congress party reached the Supreme Court within 15 minutes, but this time nothing like this happened. If Rahul Gandhi had apologized once in 4 years for his remarks on OBCs, then such a situation would not have arisen, the arrogance of the leaders of the Congress party is clearly visible in this.

Congress leaders always have a habit of making such statements, on September 20, 2018, they said that the watchman is a thief and apologized for it, on August 5, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was compared to Hitler in Delhi On October 15, 2019, Rahul Gandhi linked Modi with Ambani and Adani, on October 6, 2016, Congress once again gave controversial statements regarding the surgical strike, Modi died during the election campaign in the 2007 general elections Ka Saudagar was said by Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi even compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Duryodhana in a rally in Ambala on 7 May 2019, perhaps this is an old habit of Congress.
