Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh has said that even after becoming an MP, he will not allow the development work of Shimla Rural Assembly constituency to slow down or slow down. Today, while addressing a public meeting in Banuti of his assembly constituency in favor of party candidate Vinod Sultanpuri, who is contesting from the Shimla parliamentary constituency, Vikramaditya Singh said that Shimla has emerged as a model of development in the rural state. He said that his father, the late six-time Chief Minister of the state Late Virbhadra Singh, had entrusted him with the responsibility of the development of this area, and he is fulfilling it with full dedication. Even though he is no longer among us, his blessings and guidance will always guide us. He said that the party’s high command has now ordered him to contest the Lok Sabha elections from Mandi and he is following it. He assured the people that even after being elected as MP, his doors were always open for any problem or suffering of the people of this area.
Vikramaditya Singh called upon the people to make Sultanpuri victorious with a huge majority. He said that after being elected as the MP of Sultanpuri, he will also increase the pace of development of this area from the Centre. He said that Vinod Sultanpuri is not a new name, his father was Late. Krishnadutt Sultanpuri was a well-known politician who represented the region several times as an MP.
Vikramaditya Singh accused the BJP of making absurd statements and said that it is lowering the level of politics. Today BJP is flouting the rules and regulations of politics. He said that BJP candidates do not talk on issues. He said that on June 1, the people of the state will decide what kind of representative they want.
He told the people that since he himself is contesting from Mandi parliamentary constituency, he will not be able to devote much time to campaigning in his assembly constituency. He called upon all of them to become their representatives seek votes from the people and get maximum votes for Sultanpuri.
During this, Vinod Sultanpuri said that the Congress government in the state is completely stable and strong and the government will complete its tenure. Criticizing the BJP, he said that it does politics in the name of caste and religion and runs away from issues. He said that if he is elected MP, he will leave no stone unturned in solving the problems of this area along with Vikramaditya Singh.
Sultanpuri accused BJP candidate Suresh Kashyap that he did not do any work during his tenure for which he could ask for votes from the people. He said that even in the disaster, he did not help the people nor did he ever speak in the Parliament. Raised any issue of interest to the state.
Sultanpuri said that the state Congress government fulfilled 5 out of its 10 guarantees within 15 months. In this, the guarantee of giving OPS to employees and Rs 1500 to women is important. He said that the BJP is not women-friendly. He said that Congress fulfills whatever it says under any circumstances. While cautioning the people against any false propaganda by the BJP, he said that an India Coalition government is going to be formed in the country and Congress will hoist its flag of victory in the four Lok Sabha as well as six assembly by-elections of the state.
Sultanpuri said that he will file his nomination on June 13. For this, he also invited them to come to the rally to be held at Chaura Maidan.
