Two houses & five cow sheds washed away in torrential rain in Kullu

The torrential rain wash away two houses and five cowsheds in Goru Dug village of Lag Valley in Kullu district today district administration confirmed

District Magistrate Kullu Mr. Ashutosh Garg said that due to the cloudburst in Goru Dug under the Past  Patwar circle of Lagvalley, two houses and five cow sheds washed away. 

He said that no loss of life was reported in this incident. The revenue team has left for the spot to assess the damage.

IMD Sound Yellow alert in the state today. Heavy downpours in the Lag Wally inflated the water level of Sarabri Rivlut and local people are being issued warning to stay away from the stated Khad or Nalaha.
