There should be a serious investigation of the threat, the truth should come before the public with the facts: Jairam
BJP’s opposition Jairam Thakur today visited the spot of blast in Shimla’s middle market.
He said that we met the permanent residents of the place and also met the shopkeepers. It has been seen that the blast that took place here was huge and the impact of this blast went far and wide, it has been seen that there has been a huge loss to the shops here and one person has also lost his life.
He said that I have spoken to DGP Sanjay Kundu and I have also requested him to complete the investigation in which the facts should come before the public clearly. He said that if the cylinder explodes, there would not have been such a big impact and pieces of the cylinder were also found at different places, but this did not happen. But there has been such a big impact, so why?
We have been told that there was a gas leak and a lot of different things are coming out, so we have demanded a robust probe. The investigation should be effective and the truth should come before the public.
Himachal Pradesh is a peace-loving state, but the investigation report is awaited.
