Noted Journalist seeks a remedy in a libel matter from Himachal High Court
Media Tycoon Raj Kamal Jah of Indian Express has sought a remedy in a strange litigation or libel matter from Himachal Pradesh High Court.
The matter was listed for hearing before a single-judge bench of Justice Virender Singh in Himachal Pradesh High Court on Friday.
The high-profile respondent seek more time to file the reply on the petition and the court adjourned the hearing till August 18, 2023, passing a paged order today.
