Earthquake jolts Bilaspur district of Himachal

Many parts of Bilaspur district jolted by a 2.9 Magnitude tremor on Monday in Himachal Pradesh, the Meteorological department informed here today 

A light-intensity earthquake having a magnitude of 2.9 on the Richter scale was felt in many places of the Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh at 1415 hrs on Monday. 

 The epicenter of the earthquake was located at Latitude 32.36 and Longitude 76.87 and 13 deep.

There are no reports of loss of life and property due to the earthquake.
