BJP media in-charge Karan Nanda said that Congress has a habit of giving benefits to its favorites. Once again the Congress Party has shown that how benefits are given, the economic condition of the state should improve but its people should remain happy and the Congress Party moves ahead with this goal.
Today, Rule 9 of the State Election Commissioners (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2016 provides that a State Election Commissioner shall be entitled to receive such post-retirement benefits as are admissible to a Judge of a High Court.
The Government of Himachal Pradesh vide Notification No. Home-B-E(3)20/2006-II dated March 21, 2023, had increased the lump sum amount admissible to the Judges who have retired from the High Court of Himachal Pradesh so that they can meet the expenses. Can compensate. Orderly, Driver, Security, and Secretarial Support at present Rs. 12,000/- increased to Rs. Rs.35,000/- per month with additional amount. 1500/- per month to defray telephone expenses.
Congress has closely monitored that no facilities should be left.
Governor, Himachal Pradesh vide notification no. PCH-HA(4)1/94-II-Luz-23711-18 dated 26th April 2018 issued by T.G. Negi (retired IAS) has been ordered to be given post-retirement benefits. T.G. Negi (Retd. IAS) as is acceptable to the High Court Judge.
T.G. Negi (Retd. IAS) Former State Election Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh is hereby granted an allowance of Rs. 35,000/- per month to meet the expenses of orderly, driver, security secretariat support, etc. Telephone charges Rs. 1500/- per month will be received from March 21, 2023.

He said that there is no need to increase such expenses, but if the Congress Party has decided to increase the expenses then who can stop them.
