Dossier of Information about ACC & Ambuja Cement plants: Does Sukhu’s regime wants to take back control ?

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government may want to take control of ACC Bharmana and Ambuja Darlaghat Cement plants as probably last round of talk going to held tomorrow moreover it has sought dossier of information about two cement plants. A letter has been issued to Deputy Commissioners Bilaspur and Solan today by the concerned department that in a format information should be given to Government about the status of land if it was purchase or taken on lease by the ACC Ltd.  Company & Ambuja Cements Ltd.   Deputy commissioner also would give information about Status of land owned or taken on lease by the ACC Ltd.  Company.  Government also wanted to know the about condition of  acquiring Land and did State Government acquire said land under Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for the company.  Government also want to know about Land  given on mining lease. Land which has been purchased by the company from private owners directly with detail of permission u / s 118 at different point of time till date ( other than  the land at Sr. No. 1 & 2).  (Permission letters also be enclosed) Quantum of Land Purpose & action taken thereof may be submitted to this department. It seems that Government must have some catch in the hand as Cement company sofar trying to have support of top bureaucracy in the state.
