Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress Chief Spokesperson Cover Ravindra Singh held a press conference at Rajiv Bhawan, Shimla. During this press conference, he welcomed the government for the issues of farmers and gardeners that were discussed and decisions taken in the recently concluded Assembly session. Expressing his gratitude to Theog MLA Mr. Kuldeep Singh Rathore, he said that under Rule 61, the farmers and gardeners thanked him in the Assembly. He also thanks fellow Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu ji and Horticulture Minister Shri Jagat Singh Negi ji for reiterating their commitment to provide universal carton for the next year. Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress, in its 19-point demand letter, had also demanded that telescopic cotton should be discontinued and universal cotton should be introduced for the gardeners of the entire state. The way the Congress government has worked in getting this work done is commendable. Some of the demands of Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress include that apples should be sold on per kg basis and subsidy on medicines should be given again, which was accepted and implemented by the Congress government of Himachal Pradesh. For that, Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress thanks the Chief Minister and the Horticulture Minister of the Congress government. Ravindra Singh said that in the session of the Assembly, all the BJP MLAs remained silent on the proposal for Himachal disaster affected area, which is condemned by the Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress. He said that there should be no politics in the time of such a disaster and all the parties should unanimously pass such a proposal which is in the interest of the state. Just as during the Corona period, Congress left politics and supported BJP and together helped the people of the entire state, similarly, this is the time where all the parties of the entire state are expected to help as much as possible. Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress condemns all BJP MLAs on this issue. All the farmers and gardeners of Himachal Pradesh are extremely saddened by the way the Prime Minister rejected the letter of Kisan Congress as a complaint in which he had written to the farmers and gardeners of Himachal Pradesh asking for interest waiver in CCC for one year. If this interest waiver of 1 year was given, it would have been a matter of great relief for the farmers and gardeners. Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress thanks Honorable Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu ji who donated all the capital of his life to the Himachal Pradesh Disaster Relief Fund. Governor Ravindra Singh said that if all the leaders think about serving the country and the state in this way and go ahead and do charity, then there will be a transformation of our state and the country. He said that all the BJP MLAs should unanimously send this message to the Central Government that when Himachal Pradesh has suffered a loss of more than Rs 12,000 crore, then as much help as possible should come to Himachal Pradesh from the Central Government. Will be in. He told that on the upcoming Gandhi Jayanti, a meeting of Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress has been held at Rajiv Bhawan in which Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress President Sohan Verma ji will collect as much help as possible from the entire executive and whatever amount is collected will be given to Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress will deposit it in the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund. Friend, he also said that representatives from Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress should also be called by all the government institutions to put forward the views of the gardeners. Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress is an organization which is fully functioning at block level, district level and state level and it has maximum membership of farmers and gardeners. If there is any discussion in taking any decision, then it urges the government that representatives of Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress should also be a part of the conference and the talks. During this press conference, officials of Himachal Pradesh Kisan Congress were present which included Media Chairman Robert Roy, State Vice President Sanjeev Sharma, State General Secretary Organization Purna Chand, State Secretary Dixit Jogta, State Secretary Suman Sharma, State Media Secretary Kashmiri Singh Sunil Sharma and Krishna Bhan.
