The governments and people’s representatives of both the parties never bother to improve the educational, health, roads and transport infra here. Despite being having highest economical potential due to rarest hospitality and tourism its people are confined to mere ponny business. Those who are in the hospitality business are migrating population running their resorts and hospitality units here. Why local people were left out of benefit of developmental he said that they were allured by the sicions of royal dynasties to mesmerised by enthralling them to just Bull ( Jhota ) flight interestingly like political bouts among Congerss and BJP candidates as they never paid any heed to backwardness of Kasumpti despite the assembly being joined by the state capital. Dr Tanwar said that instead of focusing on the development of Kasumpti, both the parties tried to fulfill their own interest. In the last 20 years, there were governments of both the Congress and BJP parties in the state, but the condition of Kasumpti remains dark under the lamp. There are no teachers in schools, school buildings are in dilapidated condition, lack of staff in health centers is . Roads have been built without the approval of the Forest Department . There are no buses to remote areas. Dr. Tanwar said that both the BJP and Congress parties are anti-employees and anti workers as they ended the old pension and the other ignored the demands of the employees .Dr Tanwar said that Kasumpit Assembly segment is spread in 36 gram panchayat and 14 wards coming under the Municipal Corporation however Kasumpti assembly got step motherly treatment as it deprived it share in the kity of development . Former Zilla Parishad Sohan Thakur said that this time like Theog a d Kasumpti is also ready for change the customs as people here are looking third option. Former mayor of Municipal Corporation Shimla, Sanjay Chauhan said that this time party lone MLA and fire brand leader of CPI(M) Rakesh Singha would not go to the assembly alone, but would accompany with another comrade as people decided to vote go with development leaving behind divisive politics of two main ruling parties in the state.
