Not shuffle Chief Secretary like pack of cards: CM

Himachal Pradesh Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur who got unquie distinction to changed the seven Chief Secretary in span of four and half years of his chiefministerial Tenure today defended the move by rejecting allegations of shuffling CSs like pack of cards. Interacting media person here today Mr Thakur said that allegations to change somany CSs in his 9ne term of Chiefministership is away from the ground reality as during his tenure two demited office of top bureaucratic post on completion of their supernation. He said that V C Pharka was the Chief Secretary since Virbhadra Singh Govt and it was considered the perogative of every new Elected Goverment to choose his head of state bureaucracy with its choice. He said that former CS Mr Vaneet Chaudhary and Shrikhant Baldi complete full term as they demited the office of CS on the completion of their retirement. He said that former CS V K Agarwal and Anil Khachi changed in his rule after keeping their increased tenure on their choice and two enjoyed the reshuffle. He said that Anil Khachi was replaced a year ago by outgoing Chief Secretary was still serving in an important posts which he would hold to long time. He said that Chief Secretary Ramsubhag Singh who reshuffle yesterday yet to complete his retirement age was also posted as Principal Advisor with Adminsterative reform would associated Chief minister Office was changed couldn’t be held unconventional. Opposition leader and son of former chief minister Virbhadra Singh Mr Vikramditya Singh said that changing of CS by Jai Ram Thakur Government should have been done much earlier as it dented the image of goverment. He said that it was wrong decision to post outgoing Chief Secretary in place of Anil Kumar Khachi. He said that youth of states are agitated over inaction of Jai Ram Thakur as police Director General of police was not replaced on the moral grounds of police recruitment scam. He said that Deputy Commissioner Shimla should also be transferred as development activities and  Shimla MC delimitation process could not held with Adminsterative acumen by the Administeration.
