Mundaghat in volleyball and Peeran won the trophy in Kabaddi
In the women’s section of the sports competition organized by Smart Hub at Chikhar on the occasion of Independence Day, the women’s club Peeran defeated Juggar in the final and won the trophy. Similarly, in volleyball, women’s team Mudaghat won the title by defeating Juggar in the final. Similarly, in Badminton, the girls of Government Senior Secondary School Janedghat won the trophy by defeating the girls of Senior Secondary School Sanaura, Sirmaur in the final. The officials of the Smart Hub organization distributed prizes to the winners and runners-up.
Smart Hub Chikhar Secretary Ravi Thakur said that the winner of the women’s volleyball team was given a trophy and a cash amount of Rs 7700 and the runner-up was given a cash amount of Rs 4400. The Kabaddi winner was given a trophy and Rs.3300 cash and the runner-up was given Rs.2100 and the Badminton winner was given a trophy and Rs.3300 and the runner-up was given Rs.1500.
Vicky Sharma, head of Smart Hub, said that ten women’s volleyball teams and eight kabaddi teams participated. On this occasion, Chikhar Panchayat Deputy Head Netra Singh Thakur, Smart Hub Deputy Head Vijay Thakur, Treasurer Rakesh Thakur, Kabaddi winning team Captain Bimla Verma, Nirmala Thakur, Usha Verma, Kamini Thakur, Muskan Sharma, Sarla Sharma, Shakuntala Sharma and Shreya Mehta was also present.
