Jagat Singh Negi presided over the meeting on the cultivation of Bhagan in Rajgarh 

Revenue, Horticulture, and Tribal Development Minister Jagat Singh Negi will preside over a meeting to be held with representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions in Rajgarh on July 7, 2023, at 3 pm regarding cannabis cultivation. This information was given by SDM Rajgarh Sanjeev Kumar Dhiman while presiding over the meeting in the auditorium of the sub-divisional officer’s office, Rajgarh regarding preparations for the meeting of cannabis cultivation to be held under the chairmanship of the Revenue Minister in Rajgarh.
He told that the chairman of the committee, the revenue minister, and other members will attend the meeting and this committee will discuss with the representatives of Panchayati Raj institutions to start cannabis cultivation and to formulate a policy in this regard. People’s representatives, the block committee, and panchayat members of 67-gram panchayats of both Rajgarh and Sarahan development blocks of the Pachhad assembly constituency will participate in the meeting. He instructed the Block Development Officers to invite all the representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions to the meeting to be held on July 7, 2023, under the chairmanship of the Revenue Minister, at Rajgarh in district Sirmaur regarding cannabis cultivation.
The SDM also instructed the officers of the concerned departments to complete all the preparations for the meeting on time.
Officers and employees of various departments including Deputy Superintendent of Police Arun Modi, Tehsildar Rajgarh Umesh Sharma, Sub-Divisional Medical Officer Dr. Manju Sharma, B.D.O. Arvind Guleyya, Junior Engineer Nagar Panchayat Mohan Lal were present in the meeting.
