Hydro Power Producers presented a check of Rs.5 lakh to CM Sukhu

Hydro Power Producers ‘ Forum ( HPPF ) in Sutlej, Beas, Ravi Chenab, and Yamuna basins has come forward with unwavering solidarity and support for the people of Himachal Pradesh during these challenging times. In the wake of the recent natural calamity and flood crisis in Himachal Pradesh, HPPF has contributed Rs five lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to aid in the rehabilitation and relief efforts of the state.

The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu was today presented a check of Rs.5 lakh on behalf of the Forum by Mr. Harikesh Meena, President HPPF, and Mr. C.M. Walia, submitted by the Secretary General of the Forum.

Himachal Pradesh is facing an unprecedented crisis and HPPF recognizes the importance of helping those affected. The recent crisis situation has left a deep impact on innumerable lives, causing great hardship and loss. In such testing times, a sense of unity and compassion becomes critical in helping affected communities rebuild and restore their lives.

HPPF expressed its heartfelt condolences to all those affected and said, ” We stand in solidarity with the people of Himachal Pradesh during this challenging time. Our thoughts and prayers are with the affected communities. Through our donation to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, The affected people through this medium will contribute to the efforts of the State in relief, assistance, and reconstruction of life. This contribution is a testimony of HPPF ‘s commitment towards the welfare of the people affected by the calamity of Himachal Pradesh and it is hoped that this step will alleviate the suffering of the people. will help reduce it.
