Heatwave triggers more house and Forest Fire

Heatwave triggered more forest and house fires in Himachal Pradesh as inlast 24hrs more than six fire incidents are reported in the state. Deputy commissioner Mandi said

 informed that an incident of fire ocured at Pehad Muhal of  Tehsil. Dharampur in Mandi district this afternoon.In the fire incident two cows were burnt and  died in the cowshed. The cattle belonged to  Prajapat. Fire caused  estimated loss Rs 1,00,000 of livestock. It has been stated earlier that three houses were also gutted in a fire mishap occurred in Bharmour of Chamba district last night. Two more fire incidents were reported in Kullu and Sirmaur district. Forest fire also broke out in a deodar forest near Junga since morning. The Heatwave continue in the state for next three days may trigger forest fire causing more damage to wild life and property if not check in time, the Met Office forecast mainly dry weather and heatwave in next three days.
