DC Shimla Anupam Kashyap congratulated BDO Tutu Anmol on passing the UPSC exam

Deputy Commissioner Shimla Anupam Kashyap congratulated Block Development Officer Tutu Anmol on passing the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination and wished him a bright future. His UPSC rank is 438. 30-year-old Anmol had also topped the Himachal Administrative Services examination.

Anmol paid a courtesy call to the Deputy Commissioner at the Deputy Commissioner’s office here today. The Deputy Commissioner asked Anmol to serve the people by acting as a better administrative officer.

Anmol said that Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap is his inspiration and Anmol’s father, retired HAS officer Shri Krishna Chand has also worked with Anupam Kashyap. He said that his mother Mrs. Usha Devi is a Zilla Parishad member from the Baldwara Zilla Parishad ward. Anmol also has a younger brother who is preparing for competitive exams.

Anmol said that he is a resident of Chukku Tanda of Gram Panchayat Paonta of Sarkaghat sub-division. His primary education was in Kendriya Vidyalaya. After this, he studied civil engineering at NIT Hamirpur and M.Tech from IIT Delhi. Anmol is currently a BDO in the Tutu development block of Shimla district.

Anmol said that he wanted to join administrative service only after seeing his father and he gave the credit of his achievement to his parents.
