CPI(M) to Support Vikramaditya Singh in Mandi Lok Sabha Constituency

Communist Party of India (Marxist) CPI(M) today appealed to its cadre to vote and support Vikramaditya Singh, the Congress Party’s candidate contesting from the Mandi parliamentary constituency.

This decision was declared during a press conference organized by the Regional Committee of CPI(M) in Karsog.

Addressing the media, Advocate Gopal Krishna clarified that although he participated in a rally organized by Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh, CPI(M) remains committed to its party ideology.

He emphasized that the party’s support for Singh stems from its alliance with the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), formed to address pressing issues facing the nation.

Sanjay Chauhan, a State Secretariat member of CPI(M), reiterated the party’s commitment to working vigorously to defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming elections.

He criticized the BJP government for its divisive tactics, alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s administration has exacerbated problems like unemployment, inflation, and inequality.

Chauhan condemned the BJP’s alleged misuse of central agencies for electoral gains, citing the controversy surrounding electoral bonds.

Furthermore, Chauhan lambasted the BJP for fielding candidates accused of serious crimes against women, portraying it as a reflection of the party’s distorted values.

CPI(M) urged the electorate to vote strategically to safeguard the democratic fabric of the country and to thwart the BJP’s alleged threats to the constitution and democratic principles.
