There has been a lot of corruption while in power, due to which now all Congress leaders are afraid of ED and CBI. Congress leaders are joining BJP for fear of going to jail. By joining BJP, all the corrupt leaders become honest overnight. There is neither CBI investigation nor ED raids on them. Due to which corrupt leaders are joining BJP to avoid ED and CBI.
