Cong stags walk out from Assy for not probing mysterious death of BJP MP

Seeking free and fair probe Congress legislative party today boycotted the question hour in the assembly for not probing the mysterious death of BJP Member of Parliament Ramswarop Sharma and also staged a walkout from the house.
As the house assembled for the 2nd day of Monsoon session in the Morning on Tuesday Congress member of assembly Mr Jagat Singh Negi pointed out that party legislators have demanded adjournment motion under rule 67 as after four month of mysterious demise of ruling party MP free and fair probe was not being done.
Replying to Opposition concern on the issue Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that Congress members should wait for some more time as Delhi Crime branch after seizing over all evidences and testimonies already being lodged FIR in the matter. 
Mr Thakur said that it came to his knowledge from media clippings that the son of a former MP stated that his father could not take extreme steps.
The Chief Minister said that he had conveyed to party leadership at Delhi about the concern of aggrieved family members. Since the matter did not fall in the jurisdiction of this hill, the state government could not order the probe as a member died at Delhi and the matter is under investigation there, he added.

” After many days of the demise of Mr Ramswarop his widow and son also met with him in his office; however they did not raise any such suspicion on the probe. The two did not showed any resentment on the investigation however they are not satisfied with the slow progress of the probe.”  Mr Thakur told the house.
Mr Sharma was a member of parliament and belonged to my home districtchief minister informed the house stating that he himself tried to verify about the death at three to four places to know the cause of  death when he died at his Delhi residence on March 17.
Opposition member Jagat Singh Negi insisting on the discussion under rule 67 in the house said that more than four months have passed but Delhi Crime branch is clueless about the real cause of death. 
Speaker Vipin Singh Parmer stated in the house amid slogeering of Congress members that he rejected the notice given by the Congress members this morning. Speaker giving his ruling on the matter said that during the last budget session this house has discussed the issue while paying obituary references therefore it could not be allowed under rule -67.
Earlier to this Parliamentary affairs minister Suresh Bhardwaj said that Opposition could not waive off the new paper clippings in the house since the house have already paid condolence motion and discuss the issue in depth in the last session and it could not be accepted under rule 67 in the house.
Amid Congress members protest the house transacted the question hours and latter all Congress member staged walk out from the house .
