Blueyed Ex-PSO of CM security book 

Blue-eyed former PSO of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, Balwant Singh has been booked for wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation  after alleged incident of scuffle with a Complainant Kusla Devi wife Bihari Lal village Chalagi Post Office and Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi on Saturday, senior police officer confirmed. An FIR has been lodged against Balwant on Saturday for assaulting complaint and allegedly   threatening to kill her by blocking the way under the police post Balichowki.  In the case, ASI in-charge Police Outpost Balichowki Brij Bhushan is  investigating the matter.  According to the complainant, on Friday afternoon, when she was working on her land, Balwant was forecfully deploying a JCB on her land. When the complainant stopped the JCB he restraint her movement and beat and kick her.  According to the complainant, when her son came to rescue  Balwant also assaulted him too and he threatened to kill him.  Confirming the matter, SP Mandi Shalini Agnihotri said that a case has been registered under sections 341 and 506 of IPC for threatening to kill by blocking the way at the police post Balichowki.Mr Balwant Singh is in lime light since last year, during the visit of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari at Bhuntar airport he allegedly assaulted erstwhile SP Gaurav Singh. Being the PSO of Chief minister accused was also accused to publically kicking the Police Chief Kullu however in the police departmental probe he was exonerated from the charge and later retired however Police Chief Kullu were transferred along with warning.
