Blasting permissions granted for private projects
Shimla district administration granted a no objection certificate to a private project at Sunni of Shimla district on Friday and also invited objections from local residents living in the 1.5 km radius of the site of blasting.
Additional District Magistrate ( Law and Order) , Shimla, District Shimla issued a notification today that permission was granted in favor of M/S Rithwik Projects Private Ltd. residents of Village Chebdi, Chouki ( 102 ) in various Khasra numbers under rule 103 of the Explosives Rules, 2008.
Private Limited has further requested this office to issue the NOC with an extension for the limit of more than 100 Kg, on the Khasra mentioned above.
Through this notice, all residents living within 1.5 km of the limit are directed to file their objections, if any, in this regard proposed site motioned within one month from the date of issue of this notice in this office.
Blasting permission was given in Khasra No. 247/1, area measuring 10-05 56 hectare, Khasra No. 238, area measuring 9-04-67 hectare, Khasra No. 252 , area measuring 0-04-17 hectare, khasra no 360/1 area measuring 02-41-43 hectare, khasra no 361/1 area measuring 00- 17-35 hectare , khasra no 536/363/1 area measuring 07- 73-86 hectare and 360/3/1 area measuring 00-32-79 Hectare Tehsil Sunni , District Shimla.
