BJP shedding crocodile tears on guarantees, should repent for the corruption in the last five years: Baldev Thakur
State Congress Committee Secretary Baldev Thakur has said that BJP leaders keep thinking of misleading the public regarding the guarantees given by the State Government and keep issuing statements in the media every day that no one of the State Government has been released. The guarantee has not been fulfilled whereas the reality is that by restoring the old pension as the first guarantee, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu had proved in the very first cabinet that the employees of the state and the people getting employment elsewhere do not have to yearn for their daily needs. He said that the Chief Minister is also taking prompt action on other guarantees and employment posts have been created in various departments and the government has also started recruitment on these posts. Along with this, the process of purchasing cow dung from farmers and Purchasing of cow and buffalo milk from rural milk producers is also being started soon.
Baldev Thakur said that many schemes have been implemented in the form of guarantees and BJP leaders are blindly trying to mislead the public.
Baldev Thakur said that the present Sukhu government has been in power for only one year and in just one year, the Chief Minister has provided so many facilities to the common people of the state, which even the previous governments of Shanta Dhumal and Jairam together could not provide in 12 years. Could .
Baldev Thakur said that the way Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu understood the pain of the common man during the disaster, the compensation amount for the houses completely damaged in the disaster was increased from one lakh thirty thousand to seven lakh. The compensation amount for partial damage to kutcha and houses has been increased from Rs 3615 per bigha to Rs 10 thousand for damage to shops, dhabas and kiosks from Rs 25 thousand to Rs 1 lakh. Compensation amount for damage to shops, dhabas and kiosks has been increased from Rs 3615 to Rs 10 thousand per bigha. The government is providing free rent, food items, cylinders etc. to the homeless people in India for six months. Commendable work has been done in the public interest by announcing grant of four thousand monthly pocket money to orphan children up to 27 years of age under Children of the State and up to two lakh rupees for small and micro industries. And BJP leader state government has done commendable work in the public interest. Frustrated with the work being done, they are making nonsense statements, the consequences of which BJP will have to bear in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
