Bhupender Kumar to be the new Shimla MC Commissioner, 9 HPAS officers shuffled

Himachal Pradesh Government in a major administrative reshuffle has transferred nine HPAS officers today with immediate effect in the public interest.

.Mr. Ashish Kumar Kohli, HPAS (2006), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Shimla transferred as Secretary.  State Transport Authority – cum Additional Commissioner, Transport, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. 

 Mr. Hemis Negi, HPAS (2007), Secretary, State Transport Authority cum – Additional Commissioner, Transport, H.P., Shimla, as Managing Director, H.P.  State Agricultural Marketing Board, Shimla with an additional charge of State Project Director, Prakritik Kheti Khushal Kissan Yojna (PK3Y).

 Rajiv Kumar – II, HPAS ( 2007 ) , Adl Director, Health & Family Welfare, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Adl Principal Private Secretary to Chief Minister – cum – Additional Secretary to Chief Minister.  He shall also hold additional charge of the post of Secretary-cum-Chief Executive Officer, H.P.  Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Shimla, relieving Shri Dile Ram, HPAS ( 2011 ) , Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies, H.P., Shimla, of this additional charge.

 Naresh Thakur, HPAS (2007), Managing Director, H.P.  State Agricultural Marketing Board, Shimla who is also holding adl charge of State Project Director, Prakritik Kheti Khushal Kissan Yojna ( PK3Y ) ,l as Adl Commissioner, Transport ( Lead Agency / Road Safety ) , Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

 Tashi Sandup, HPAS (2011).  The Adl Director, Ayush, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, shall also hold adl charge of the post of Adl Director, Health & Family Welfare.

Ajit Kumar Bhardwaj, HPAS (2012), General Manager (Administration / Project) in SPV Shimla Smart City Ltd.  Shimla, who is holding adl charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Khadi, and Village Industries Board, Shimla, shall also hold additional charge of the post of Adl Director, H.P.  Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Fairlawns, Shimla.

  Ms.  Jyoti Rana, HPAS (2012), Adl Director, HIPA, Fairlawns, Shimla, as Adl District Magistrate (Protocol).  Shimla, relieving  Rahul Chauhan, HPAS (2010).  Add District Magistrate (Law & Order), Shimla.

Dr. Vikas Sood, HPAS (2012). Additional Commissioner, Transport  Shimla, as MD MILKFED.
