The time of kings, queens, maharajas is over : Shah

Union Home Minister and former BJP National President Amit Shah attended BJP welcome meet at Poanta Sahib today and said that period of Kings, queen and Maharajas is over in Himachal Pradesh. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi cleared the 55-year-old problem  by proposing tribal status to Hatti Community. He said that 359 villages of Sirmaur have been benefitted by this decision and new generations would take advantage of this decision. He said that   three types of reservation, Hati will get reservation in all fields, education, political and government jobs. A big problem had emerged due to non-availability of Hati reservation. A brother on one side of the mountain was considered normal and a brother on the other side was considered tribal. Mama used to be normal and nephew tribal, what a great irony. He said that  reservation is only a benefit, it has no disadvantages to the scheduled castes and tribes will get more. He said  that after 50 this time the custom will change in Himachal and people would re-elect the Jai Ram Thakur Government once more. BJP has changed the customs on the other side of the hill. In Uttarakhand we have won more than 2/3 majority and we will change the customs in Himachal also. He said that people would  take pledge to end the politics of family. Shah said that no religious place was developed in 75 years, Modi government built Ram temple after 500 years. The temple of Kashi Vishwanath was demolished by Aurangzeb and would rebuilt by Modi ji in a grand manner.
