Shimla Opposition Meeting to be a Milestone: Pratibha Singh
State Congress President MP Pratibha Singh stated today that the proposed alliance parties meeting to be held in Shimla would prove to be a millstone for the future politics of the country.
In a statement issued today, she stated that the selection of Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, for this important meeting, is a matter of great pride for the state as well as the Congress.
Shimla is once again going to witness a new chapter in politics. She said that in the past also Shimla has been an important center of talks of the political importance of the country and the state Congress welcomes it.
She said that the 2024 Lok Sabha elections would decide the direction and condition of the country’s politics. She said winning the 2022 by Election State Congress has started this.
The Congress would move ahead with like-minded parties so that the politics of fear, hatred, and polarization can end in the country.

All India Congress Committee’s Chintan Shivir was held in Shimla, in which the foundation of UPA was laid. She said that she has full hope that this time again the UPA alliance would be strengthened and will expand.
She said that she will soon go to Delhi and discuss with the Congress’s high command the preparation of this entire program. She said that soon all this program would be finalized.
