INDIA Alliance has moved towards a majority in the two phases of elections: Maheshwar Chauhan

State Congress Vice President and co-chairman of the Election War Room, Maheshwar Chauhan Pandu has claimed that the India Alliance has moved towards a majority in the two phases of elections held in the country. BJP is disappointed with this and is asking for votes from people in the name of religion and caste. He said that the BJP does not have any issues. BJP is upset with the Congress manifesto and is making baseless statements against it.

In a press conference here today, Maheshwar Chauhan said that the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the UPA government often used to say that when the country’s rupee falls, the country falls. He said that today the rupee is at a low level against the dollar. In the last 10 years, the country’s economy has been badly affected while unemployment and inflation have broken all records. He said that BJP does not talk on these issues.

Maheshwar Chauhan said that today there is a situation like an undeclared emergency in the country. Every effort is being made to topple the governments elected in a democracy. Investigating agencies are being misused. No one can say anything against BJP, if anyone speaks then he is being put in jail. The country is not moving forward today.

Chauhan said that Congress has many issues against BJP in the state and it will go among the public regarding these issues in these elections. He said that during the Covid period, along with BJP’s corruption and opportunism, BJP’s negative attitude at the time of disaster will also be prominent. He said that the manner in which an attempt was made through a conspiracy to destabilize the state’s Congress government with absolute majority through money power, will also be an issue. He said that the Congress government of the state has inherited the work of BJP in the last five years, loans of more than Rs. 70 thousand crores received by the state and liabilities of more than Rs. 12 thousand crores of employees. Despite this, the state government, due to its limited resources, has fulfilled the guarantee of Rs 1500 to the employees and Rs 1500 to the women. He said that BJP is anti-women.

In response to a question, Maheshwar Chauhan said that Congress has announced its candidates for 2 Lok Sabha and 3 Assembly by-elections. He said that the remaining amount will also be done soon. He said that two young and experienced faces have been fielded from Shimla and Mandi parliamentary constituencies. He said that the election campaign of Congress will soon gain momentum. He said that Congress will hoist its flag of victory in all four Lok Sabha and six assembly by-elections of the state. He said that there is no threat to the government. The government has absolute majority and will become even stronger after June 4.
