Himachal Governor participates virtually in AGM of the IRCS
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla attended the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) through video conferencing from Shimla which was organized at the Cultural Center of Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, today. President of India, Droupadi Murmu attended the meeting as the Chief Guest.
Three best-performing Red Cross branches were awarded on the occasion. Dr. Ambati Nataraj and Dr. Goparaju Samaram were also honored on the occasion for contributing to the noble cause of blood donation at the institutional and individual levels.
President of the Indian Red Cross Society and Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya was also present on the occasion in Delhi.
Secretary to The Governor, Sandeep Kadam was also present with the Governor at Shimla amongst others.
