HC order CBI probe into HPP constable exam scam

Himachal Pradesh High court today ordered CBI probe into Himachal Pradesh Police Constable Examination leak scam after state accepted a Petition seeking CBI probe in the case. Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Sabina and Justice Satyan Vaidya passed this order in the open court on Thursday as the Civil Writ Petition moved by complaint and Petitioner  Vinay Sharma  which urged the high court to order CBI probe in the case.  Advocate General Ashok Sharma filed a reply that in this case stating that state has already decided to hand over it to CBI recently. The bench disposed off the case passing order that CBI ordered to probe the case. Earlier Petitioner said in the case that State Police which is conducting constable recruitment is also examination agencies and after complainant of paper leak it was itself conducting probe by constituting a Special Investigation Team.
