In response to the Leader of the Opposition, State BJP Spokesperson Ram Kumar has come down heavily on congress. He described the entire press conference of Agnihotri as a bundle of lies baseless and not on facts. He said that the Election Commission is an autonomous constitutional body. They do not take their decisions under the pressure of any political party and Congress leaders should know that having been in power for soo long in the state and country. Election commission works with complete autonomy and there is no political interference on the constitutional institutions under the BJP . Congress leaders and leader of opposition should respect the constitutional structure of India and should not make such comments on the working of Election Commission,
The fear of defeat in the ensuing elections is haunting the congress and Leader of the Opposition on one hand Pratibha Singh welcomes the decision of the Election Commission, on the other hand the Leader of Opposition questions the Election Commission’s decision. This clearly shows the internal infighting disoriented structure of the Congress.
He objected to Agnihotri’s statement that party programs have been organized in the name of Amrit Mahotsav. He said that Congress leaders cannot look beyond petty politics they are politicising the national programme which celebrate the Indian freedom struggle our glorious fighters of Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi which is highly condemnable. The Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi is a national festival as well as a celebration to remember the selfless contribution of people of our country and it is above any party politics. Congress leaders should not make such rhetoric in the national context where the honour of the country is at stake this shows their poor political thinking and fear of defeat in the coming elections.
Ram Kumar took a jibe at the Congress and said that these people are doubting about the fulfilment of demand of Hatti community they do not hesitate to do in this matter also where people are being benefitted directly it is a historic decision in the history of Himachal and the Congress party should openly welcome this , but sad that even on this subject, they are not deterring from its cheap politics and is engaged in dividing the society.
He said that the Prime Minister has inaugurated Vande Bharat train the best and fastest only last week, Congress does not remember it, it is a matter of pride to get India’s best speedy train in a small state like Himachal. Mukesh Agnihotri and congress party mentality still is stuck on bullock cart and steam engine how could they understand the importance of Vande Bharat train. He said that in desperation, Congress leaders are making baseless allegations which are aimed just to mislead the people of the state. Mukesh Agnihotri should control his mannerisms and speech in politics and correct his facts before bringing them in front of the public because in today’s time the public is mature and aware of facts. People of Himachal Pradesh know very well that in the name of development in Himachal, who only gave birth to neopotism favouritism corruption and who has done development at the ground level through the double engine government which is visible to all. BJP has fulfilled the motto of Sabka Saath and Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas. In the last 5 years and would continue to do so once voted back to serve the people of the state.
