Fraudster want in cheating case nab at Chennai : Police 

Himachal Pradesh Police sleuth nabbed a fraudsters at Chennai who was wanted by the state police brought to Shimla on Friday, the state police disclosed here today. Superintendent of Police Shimla Monika Bhatnaguru said that the accused named Balamurgan Pashupathy belonged to Perambur of Tamilnadu near Chennai was booked on Feb 15, under section 420,120 B IPC at police station Chauta Shimla in Rs 36 lakh cheating case of Panthaghati based firm of Shimla of Himachal Pradesh.The accused inconvenience of his partners have listed several fake companies on Indiamart as suppliers of DI pipes to contractors and business agencies across India. After cheating the victim , the accused Balamurgan was absconding and was not traceable. Team nabbed the accused after a 4 days search in Chennai. The accused also booked in a  theft case in Chennai and also wanted in the fraud cases by Karnataka Police. The accused had been brought to Shimla on Feb 25, 2022. Investigation is going on in this case To be produced before the court.
