Brahamkumaris tie Rakhi to Chief Minister Sukhu

The Brahamkumaris of Shimla branch celebrated the festival of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ by tying Rakhi to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu here today.
