BJP rebel & Indpt MLA extend support Sukhoo Government

Ashish Sharma who fought Assembly Election as BJP rebel and , an independent MLA and also defeated candidates of the BJP and Congress party both in the recently concluded Vidhan Sabha elections today announced his decision to support the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhoo -led Congress party government in the  status.  He met Sukhoo at Shimla today and announced his support to the Chief Minister for the development of the area.  He said that the development of the area was paramount for him rather than any other thing and that is why he took this decision.  When asked by reporters, Sharma said that he would take all such decisions that would be beneficial for the people of the Hamirpur district in general and the Hamirpur area in particular.  He said that he would extend his full support to Sukhoo Bhai Ji (Brother Sukhoo Ji) for the welfare of the people.  Responding to another question about whether he would contest the next Lok Sabha election on an ongress party ticket, he said let the time come as 2024 is far off when elections will be held.  Notably, Sharma was first given a ticket by the Congress party but later on, the ticket was changed in the name of Dr Pushpinder Verma and Sharma had to contest the election as an independent he won with a massive mandate. All the three Independent MLA also extended their supporter to Congress MLA despite govt has already have enough number to do so.
