Another FIR registers in question paper leak case of HPSSC
Himachal Pradesh State Vigilance and Anti-corruption Bureau registered one more FIR into question paper leak case belonged to former Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission Hamirpur, a press release issued by the Bureau issued on today confirmed.
According to the spokesperson of SV&ACB said that on July 26, 2023 an FIR( No. 10/2023) was registered under section 406 , 409 , 420 , 120B IPC & 7 , 7A , 8 , 12 , 13 ( 2 ) PC Act – 1988 ( as amended in 2018 ) at Police Station , SV & ACB , Hamirpur .
He said that FIR pertains to leakage of question paper of Welfare Officer – Cum- Assistant Superintendent ( Jails ) ( Post Code – 915 ) .
This case has been registered against four persons whose prima facie role has been established during enquiry in leakage of the question paper of above mentioned Post Code .
