Theft case undertrial absconding from the hospital
An undertrial and theft case accused has been absconding from the Hospital at Nahan of Himachal Pradesh for the last seven days and Police and jail authorities couldn’t trace him so far.
Jail Superintendent of Central Jail Nahan Sushil Thakur informed us today that the undertrial was admitted to State Medical College Hospital Nahan on April 4 After remaining in the hospital he was to send to model central jail Nahan on April 8 but he gave the slip to jail authorities and still absconding.
Undertrial belonged to Jagadhri, Haryana was in judicial custody after he was booked under section 457, 380 IPC. Nakas ( Blockade) has also been set in the various entry points in the district to nab the accused.
