Fog declines visibility less 100 meter in Bilaspur & Sundernagar in Himachal

Indian Meterogical Department stated today that due to sense fog the visibility declined to less than 100 meter in Bilaspur and Sundernagar of Mandi district in Himachal Pradesh. IMD said in a Weather bulletin issued here today that shallow fogs also developed in Mandi town as visibility remained less than 500 meter. Dense to moderate fog is also expected  in the isolated pockets in the distt of Bilaspur, Kangra, Hamirpur and Mandi and yellow alert was also issued by IMD for next. three days warning the commuters to drive slowly. The Weather remained mainly dry in the state and there is no change un in Maximum and Minimum temperature. Minimum temperature of Keylong and Kukumseri in Lahaul-Spiti district was minus 4.2 degrees, Seobagh in Kullu one degrees, Manali 1.4, Kalpa in Kinnuar 1.8, Tourist resort Kufri 8.9, Dalhousie 10, Solan 4.2, Dharmshala 9.2, Shimla 8.9, Mandi and Chamba 4.5 each Bilaspur 8.4 and Hamirpur 5.4 degrees and Kangra 8 degrees.Met Office forecast mainly dry weather in next 24 hrs.
