AAP will be reinstated OPS in favor of employees : Surjit Thakur
State President of Aam Aadmi Party Surjit Thakur said that the employees of Himachal Pradesh have full faith in the guarantee of implementation of Old Pension Scheme of Aam Aadmi Party. Due to which the Aam Aadmi Party is getting full support of the employees. The Punjab Government of Aam Aadmi Party has implemented Old Pension Scheme. The old pension scheme will be implemented immediately after the formation of the government in Himachal. Surjit Thakur said that Old Pension Scheme is the right of the employees. Which will be given first when the Aam Aadmi Party government is formed. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has implemented Old Pension, fulfilling the demand of lakhs of employees. Due to which the employees of Himachal are now convinced that only Aam Aadmi Party can give OPS.
Surjit Thakur said that the whole country knows that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal does what he says. The guarantees given by Kejriwal to the people of Delhi and Punjab at the time of elections have been fulfilled after the formation of the government. Aam Aadmi Party does what it says. Surjit Thakur has appealed to lakhs of employees of Himachal to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party in the elections. After the formation of the government, the old pension scheme will be implemented first.
Surjit Thakur said that lakhs of employees of the state are fighting for their rights for the demand of OPS. But the double engine government of BJP has been harassing the employees instead of giving them the rights. When the employees who agitated for the demand of OPS were transferred and harassed, cases were registered against dozens of employees. Jairam Sarkar showered batons on the workers demanding the right and tried to end the agitation and demonstration with the help of water cannons. But the employees of the state did not bow down to the harassment of the government. Now the employees are confident that the demand of OPS will be fulfilled only after the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government in the state. For this reason, the Aam Aadmi Party is getting the support of the employees of the entire state.
