Manali-ATR-Keylong part of NH- 03 close
Continue snowfall disrupted vehicular traffic on Manali- Ataltunnal -Keylong part of National Highway -3 , the district administration Lahaul Spiti said issuing advisory to tourist and local people today.
The Deputy Commissioner Lahaul Spiti said that around 30 cm snow has been recorded around Ataltunnal road at North Portal, Sissu and heavy snow fall continues near South portal to Solang.
The NH 03 road between ATR to Keylong is closed for movement of all kind of vehicles till further clearance from BRO.
The advisory was sounded to people to avoid traveling on this route in the inclement weather.
The black ice deposited on the highway made the road externally slippery and dangerous to ply the vehicle and any negligence could cause the mishap.
