Kuldip Singh Pathania appointed as the Chairman of Kangra central co – operative bank

The Himachal Pradesh government on Wednesday appointed a former party MLA , Kuldip Singh Pathania as the Chairman of Kangra central co – operative bank limited . A notification to this effect was issued today by Ajay Kumar Sharma, the Secretary co-operation to the HP government. Pathania had earlier also served the bank as its director and vice chairman. Pathania belonged to Chheorin village of Hamirpur district and was also in the race for the party ticket from Hamirpur seat. However, he could not get the ticket and was made the working President of the party for the Hamirpur district. Meanwhile, Congress party workers and leaders have welcomed the nomination of Kuldip Pathania as the chairman of one of the leading banks of Himachal Pradesh.
