Irregularities in the construction works :Forest officials booked under PC Act 

State Anti-corruption sleuth booked Forest Officers and Officials for irregularities in the construction works of Nature Park at Kanlog, Shimla 

(Darni Ka Bagicha). A Press release issued by ADGP State Vigilance and Anti-corruption Bureau Shimla said that an FIR (No. 2/2022 dated 02.07.2022) filed under section of 420,468,471 &,120-B of IPC and sec 5, 6 &13 of HP Prevention of Specific 

Corrupt Practices Act, 1983. The case has registered against the then forest officers or officials and others regarding allegations of irregularities made in the construction works during year 2017-2019 of Nature Park at Kanlog, Shimla 

(Darni Ka Bagicha) in PS SV&ACB, Shimla. On the basis of enquiry by the  Bureau, certain illegalities/irregularities have been found in the construction  works shown executed on the spot.
