Himachal to disburse full arrears to pensioners over 75 yrs: Sukhu

Himachal Pradesh marked Independence Day with a state-level celebration in Dehra, where Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu addressed the public following the flag hoisting ceremony. He announced that all pensioners aged 75 and above would receive their complete arrears. Additionally, the Chief Minister assured that the outstanding dues of state employees and officials would be cleared in phases. Emphasizing the state’s commitment to development despite financial challenges, CM Sukhu also unveiled the establishment of Superintending Engineer (SE) offices for both the Electricity Department and the Jal Shakti Department in Dehra as a special Independence Day gift.
