K Vinay Sharma and Vikram Chaudhary of Civil Line Dharamshala, former Superintendent of Police Kuldeep Rana from Baijnath, State Congress Committee Treasurer Dr Rajesh Sharma from Dehra, and KK Katoch from Guggar Palampur have applied for party tickets.
