Party candidate from Mandi parliamentary constituency, Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh has said that these elections will decide the direction and condition of the future politics of the country. He said that today the country is going through serious challenges and we all have to stand united against the injustice being done to the country.
Today, on the second day of his election tour, while addressing the election rally in Kaza, Spiti, Vikramaditya Singh said that he is moving ahead with the idea of making the Mandi parliamentary constituency a model of development. Mandi headquarters will be made a smart city. He said that Lahaul Spiti has immense tourism potential and it will be fully exploited. He said that with the construction of the Rohtang Tunnel, this region has emerged on the world tourism map. This tunnel is the contribution of Congress, no one can deny it.
Vikramaditya Singh said that the Congress government of the state has created a history by fulfilling the guarantee of Rs 1500 to the women of Spiti. Soon women will get the benefit of this scheme in the entire state. He said that BJP is making every possible effort to stop it but the government will complete it at any cost.
Vikramaditya Singh slammed the BJP candidate from the Mandi parliamentary constituency for his language and said that he neither has knowledge of the tribal areas nor its customs. She is organizing a fancy dress event wearing the costumes of these regions and its director is Jai Ram Thakur. The goddess of wealth has neither been useful to anyone before nor is going to come in the future. She said that she did not come to Kaza because she was afraid of the people of Kaza. He said that people will never forgive him for the way he has insulted our religious leader.
Vikramaditya Singh, while urging party candidate Anuradha Rana to win from Lahaul Spiti assembly constituency with huge votes, said that the Congress government is completely strong in the state. He said that he has a family relationship with Lahaul Spiti, not politics and it will always be so. .
During this, Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi said that this election is a war against corruption. He said that BJP tried to destabilize the Congress government in the state and it will have to suffer the consequences of this. He said that a hard-working and capable experienced leader from Mandi parliamentary constituency, State Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh, has been fielded in the election, while on the other hand, there is a candidate who neither has any knowledge of the area nor of its history. Therefore, Vikramaditya Singh has to be made victorious with huge votes. He said that BJP is a party of gimmicks that has not fulfilled any promise. BJP does not talk on issues, hence it has no right to remain in power.
Anuradha Rana, the party candidate from Lahaul Spiti, said that this area is a strong stronghold of Congress and no one can make a dent in it. He said that the people of Lahaul Spiti will always be indebted to the Congress government because it is from here that an honor fund of Rs 1500 has been started for the women. He called for making Vikramaditya Singh as well as him victorious with huge votes and said that Vikramaditya Singh at the Center and as MLA in the state will accelerate the pace of development in this area.
