We should follow the path of truth, love and non-violence : Pratibha
State Congress President and former MP Pratibha Singh has said that the path of ideals and love of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, a worshipper of truth and non-violence, still paves the way for the country. She has said that this historic day of 2 October will prove meaningful for us only when we follow the path of truth, love and non-violence shown by him.
After paying homage to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary at the State Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan today, Pratibha Singh said that to maintain the unity and integrity of the country, we should always be ready for any sacrifice by following the path shown by the patriots.
During this, Pratibha Singh remembered the former Prime Minister Late Lal Bahadur Shastri on his birth anniversary and other party leaders, office bearers and workers paid homage to him by offering flowers on his photograph.
Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh while talking to the media said that today we are paying our tributes on the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Late Lal Bahadur Shastri. He said that we all have to work together to fulfill the vision of India that these leaders had envisioned. He said that everyone has to move forward with love so that the country and the state move forward on the path of progress.
