Waves of music will echo in Dharech from the 24th to the 28th of November
A very big music program, Tabla Winter Camp, is being organized from 24th to 28th November in Gurukul Nagar Dharech of Kasupanti constituency. In which famous Tabla lovers from India and abroad are going to participate. Banaras’s famous sitar Vader Batuk Nath Mishra will be the special guest in this program. On this occasion, Padmashree Vidyanand Saraik and famous musician and head Gram Panchayat Dharech Hetram Gandharva will participate as chief guests.
Vikram Gandharva, organizer and resource person of the music camp said that this is going to be the first music conference of its kind in the state in which famous tabla players will participate. In these five days, the picturesque valley of Dharech will be drenched in the waves of music. Prominent among the tabla players coming from different states and abroad are Manoj Vasudevan from Dubai, Nachiket Pant Vaidya, CEO of Sony Entertainment Talent Venture Mumbai, Kunal from Gujarat, Videsh from Mumbai, Punit from Chandigarh, Shravan from Tamil Nadu, Santosh from Banaras, Nikhil from Lucknow. , Krishna and Harikrishna from Kerala, Nikita Soni from Uttar Pradesh, Ayush Kumar, Sumit Singh, Shyamakant Joshi from Delhi, Jatin, Divyanshu, Suryansh, Aastik, Abhishek Sarang, Srishti and Rupal from Shimla will participate. The lead role in this program will be played by Dr. Vinod, who is a famous established artist besides being an A-grade artist of All India Radio. There will be musical programs like classical music, ghazal singing, etc. in this event. In which the audience will also be able to enjoy the music.
Vikram Gandharva said that in this five-day camp, 30 tabla players from India and abroad will get a golden opportunity to showcase their talent and learn the nuances of playing tabla. He said that the arrangements for accommodation and food for all the trainees will be made by the organizing committee. All the trainees will be taken on a tour of famous tourist places in and around Shimla for one day. On the last day of the camp, the trainees will also be given awards and certificates by the chief guest.
