Under the Swachhata Program, a cleanliness drive was carried out in Junga Bazaar
Under the Swachhata Hi Seva program, a cleanliness drive was started in Government Model Senior Secondary School, Junga on Wednesday. The children cleaned the school premises and the adjoining Gram Panchayat, Junga. Before this, the children took out an awareness rally in Junga market and gave the message of cleanliness to the people. The Tehsildar Junga Narayan Verma flagged off the rally. The children and teachers were administered the oath of cleanliness in the school premises. Tehsildar Narayan Verma said in his address that God resides in cleanliness and there is no fear of any disease spreading in the house and the surrounding area where there is an environment of cleanliness. He urged the children to ensure that the message of cleanliness reaches every house so that this campaign can be successful.
On this occasion, Principal Suman Chandel welcomed the chief guest and guided the children about cleanliness. He inspired all the children to make Gandhiji’s dream of a clean India a reality.
Program officers Ram Lal Lodhata and Maina Chauhan played an important role in making this campaign successful. Vishal Kalet, Anjali Sharma, Varij Sharma and other staff members were mainly present in the program.
