Two villagers electrocuted at Nerwa
Two villagers electrocuted in a mishap occurred when they were changing electrol poll in Gyahan village under Nerwa police station on Wednesday senior police officer confirmed here today. Superintendent of police Monika Bhutunguru said that
case registered after the mishasp for endangering life (sec.336) and culpable homicide (sect 304A of IPC ) at PS Nerwa on the statement of Vishal Khangta resident of village Gyahan of Nerwa that when he alongwith two deceased and other people of the village were changing the electric poll , suddenly the poll fell on the HT line and the poll got electric current in which Amar Chand and Aman Sharma above died due to electrocution . Medical check up of died person are being done. It is worthwhile to mention that state Electricity Board have acute shortage of staff and board staffs take help of villagers to complete heavy duty work. In the rainy season and snowfall in the winter many villages in the hills have to face prolonged blackout due to unmaintaned transmission line forcing People to endangered their life.
