Two Timber wood theft case register in Jubbal & Chiragon
Two timber wood theft case was registered vat Jubbal and Chirgaon in Shimla district in last 24 hrs, police officer confirmed. An FIR was registered under section 379 IPC & Sec 32,33 I.F. Act has been registered at PS Jubbal. A Complaint filled by B.O. Forest Ravingarh & Chhajpur Tehsil Jubbal Pritam Singh said that between January 12 to 19, 2023 in Designated Protected Forest ( C No 13 ( b ) ) some un – known person cut two cedar trees grade III / 1 , IIA / 1 and stolen away . According Forest Department volume of two tree timber stollen was estimated around Rs 1,60,898/-. ASI Sohan Lal of Police post Saraswati Nagar is investigating the case. Another FIR registered U / S 379 IPC & 32 , 33 IF Act at PS Chirgaon on the application of forest Range officer Khashadhar Teh Chirgaon Shakti Singh that on January 17, 2023 that Anshul Sharma forest guard beat was patrolling to in Forest Amboi and Jailot he saw 12 stumps of Kail trees of different class in Amboi illegally filled by one Naresh Kumar resident of Amboi village of Chirgaon Tehsil . Market value of the stolen trees is Rs. 1788400/- Case is being investigated by head constable Deepak of Police post Jangla.
